Eric Ang is one the most professional and helpful staff I've come across at any outlet in the entire land let alone Samsung. His patience and knowledge of the phone intricacies is simply magnificent and splendid in every sense of the word. He should get an award of the highest order. The salesperson is quite rude and behaves like he is owed money. The place is also not welcoming. I suggest not opening an experience store. This is a bad experience.
