Went there with my Dad to get a tablet. There was a gentleman at the counter and we asked him for help to understand the features. He was so unfriendly and we felt like we were a waste of his time. We ended up going to the Challenger next door and getting the Samsung tablet from there thanks to the excellent customer service there. This happened 15th March, in the morning close to 11am.
