The piercings were smooth and perfect! Most importantly, she was patient and gentle which really put my girls at ease although they did cry a bit. The whole process went very smoothly and I couldn’t be more pleased about it. I would highly recommend

My girl did a ear piercing on jun 2024 and was infected till now (2025) went to see dr few time for antibiotics. Inform the shop regarding her infection and 22k studs tarnished. Ask for refund but unfortunately I thrown away unable to show any proof of the stud for refund. Now my girl both ears are infected till today. Not worth going there to pierce (expensive)

Went to get my ears pierced at Stellar Bugis. I was afraid initially as I have low tolerance of pain. But the lady who helped me pierce (forgot to ask for her name) assured me that everything will be all right. It was a comfortable and smooth process. & I Love the result of it. Many thanks Stellar!

Did my ear piercing at Bugis Junction outlet today. Sun Jie service was great! She was very patient and explained to me on the procedures and discussed on the position of the piercing to ensure that I am fine with it before she proceed. To my surprise, not much pain and everything was done within seconds! I will be back for my next piercing!

I had a fantastic experience getting my helix pierced! I was quite nervous about the pain, but Sun Jie, the store assistant who assisted me was incredibly calming and reassuring throughout the entire process. To my surprise, the piercing was almost painless! Her professionalism and gentle approach truly made a difference. I’m beyond satisfied with both the service and the overall experience — definitely a 5/5. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience piercing my ears. Sun Jie and Florence were extremely patient, friendly and professional. The process was smooth and painless as they used a numbing spray. Would highly recommend! :)
