Favourite ice cream and food, then and now. Pastas, fish, chicken, and meat dishes. You need to use a tablet to order, but you can still place your order with staff.

Exceptional service by Clement! He was super friendly to everyone and very helpful. Would love to come back again just for him! He makes everyone feel super welcome. Food was great! Black pepper spaghetti was flavourful and just like years ago.

Not too bad overall. My tenderloin was forgotten, and everyone at my table finished their meal. Had to remind a few times for a few things, but it's okay. Ice cream remains good as before.

I recently visited Swensen's for the first time at this particular outlet, and while it wasn't the most outstanding meal, it had its highlights. One thing that stood out was the sheer variety of options on the menu—there's definitely something for everyone. I tried the salmon, which, unfortunately, was a bit on the dry side. It lacked the juiciness and tenderness I was hoping for. However, the spaghetti was a pleasant surprise—perfectly cooked with a great balance of flavors.

The branch manager (the fatter of the two and wearing a red tie) was most unhelpful from the main entrance to the table! He gave one-word answers and always moved away before we could seek clarification. The rest of the staff were good, especially the other gentleman in glasses. He was courteous.

Good hospitality and good customer service skills! Manager Raudah is so friendly and nice! She even recommended us their savoury waffles as their classic waffles had finished. We love it! Thank you, Manager Raudah and Swensen's team!

Ordered apple crumble and a coit tower. We waited 10 minutes for food, and at the thirty-minute mark, the waiter (a young boy with short hair) said, "Lots of people are queuing outside." We also waited outside in a queue for our food to be served. Even Toast Box has a 45-minute grace period during peak hours. Why not just tell me before I enter that food would be served after 10 minutes, and that I'd have to leave after another 20 minutes? The apple crumble did not have a good texture, but a more senior, middle-aged server kindly cautioned us about the heat and splatter. Please train your young waiter. Overall, it was very noisy. Children were screaming. I will not return on a weekend.

Food was superb. Fresh and tantalizing. The pasta tasted so good! The mango lychee was so refreshing on this hot weather. It's not too sweet, and it's just awesome. Loved the cheese sticks too! All the staff here were very observant, friendly, and professional. I'd like to compliment the staff, Rifqah and Shahid, for their warm and welcoming service. I don't usually dine out alone, but they really made me feel comfortable and at home. Their hospitality truly made my experience special. Thank you! The place was really neat and clean too! Everything was so organized; plates and cutlery were quickly cleared. It's peaceful and cozy with smiling staff all around. I would surely come back and do recommend this place!

Had a meal at Swensen’s and ordered Fish and Chips, Breaded Chicken, and Baked Rice. All the dishes were well prepared and were enjoyable. The fish and chicken were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sides complemented the meal nicely. The ice cream was a perfect way to end the meal, rich and satisfying as always. The only downside was the service, as it was a little hard to get the staff’s attention.

I don’t usually eat at Swensen’s, but it was my birthday and I had some vouchers to use, so why not! We were greeted by a really friendly staff member who attended to us warmly, which made for a great start. My family and I weren’t sure what to order, so we all ended up getting burgers (different types) since they looked more interesting compared to the usual Western fare, such as chicken chop, which is found everywhere. The burgers were delicious, but I do have one gripe: they were served on a “mini wood chopping board.” It made eating a bit of a mess, with fries spilling onto the table as I cut into the burger. It was too tall to eat with my hands, so cutting was the only option. The highlight for me was the chilli crab bowl—it was absolutely awesome! The sauce was rich, flavourful, and perfectly made. My family and I devoured it in no time. Honestly, I’d probably only come back for special occasions or if there’s an interesting limited-time menu. Their regular menu feels a bit too mainstream and doesn’t tempt me much.
