Favourite Ice-cream & food before and now. Pastas, fish, chicken and meat dishes. Need to use tablet to order but you can still place your order with staff.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Swensen’s Bugis! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we walked in. Service was prompt and professional, even during peak hours. The food was delicious—generous portions, well-prepared, and consistent with the Swensen’s standard. The fish & chips were crispy and flavorful, and the baked rice was comfort food at its best. Of course, we couldn’t leave without dessert—the signature Earthquake sundae was a hit! The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and spacious, making it perfect for both family outings and casual hangouts with friends. I really appreciate how they maintain quality at Bugis branch.

Great ambience with friendly staffs. Celebrated birthday for my boy and have a sumptuous dinner there. Waiter was kind enough to serve a cup of hot drink when we felt cold. Thumbs up for their service!

I was rather surprised that the waiters of this outlet were very service oriented. The chinese waiter that showed us to the seat told us not to hesitate to look for them if we got any issues. Later after we ate our ice-cream, another male waiter of foreign origins came to chat with us to make sure everything was alright. Although it could also be a signal to remind us to get on our way due to a short queue outside. This outlet also has a limited seating capacity as compared to other places like Tampines. Overall we felt very welcomed. This might be the best outlet so far in terms of service. 23 May 25

Literally the BEST NASI LEMAK I ever had ever. Everything, every single ingredient, is PERFECT I'm not even saying this lightly. The rice is elegant and flavourful, the chilli is elegant and flavourful too, the chicken is crispy and tasty and tender. REALLY IS THE BEST I EVER HAD FULL STOP. Worth every single penny. Trust me Compliments to the chef for making this dish. Amazing amazing amazing amazing

I usually enjoy visiting Swensen’s for its reliable comfort food and casual atmosphere, but my recent experience at the Bugis Junction outlet was anything but pleasant. While all the other staff members were extremely polite, one staff member made a truly unforgettable impression on me. Upon politely inquiring about a voucher I had for complimentary fries, I was met with a surprisingly rude and dismissive attitude from the staff member. Regrettably, I had not thought about getting her name, but she was the only hijabi staff member on duty today. I had really expected a fellow hijabi sister to be more courteous. Rather than addressing my question with a simple explanation, she seemed irritated and curt, as though I were an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The tone and body language conveyed an unmistakable message: she couldn’t be bothered. Customer service is half the dining experience, and when it feels like you’re being talked down to for simply asking about a promotion *Swensen’s themselves issued*, it leaves a bad taste—worse than any cold fries ever could. A little courtesy and professionalism go a long way, especially in the service industry. I believe Singaporeans have a lot to learn from Filipinos and Chinese nationals where service is concerned. Swensen’s may still serve up *decent* food, but this outlet needs a serious refresher in customer relations. I won’t be returning to the Bugis Junction branch anytime soon—and I’d advise others to think twice if you value respectful service. Her attitude had spoiled my entire experience when I was supposed to be having a nice lunch with my kids.
