when i came into the shop, there were 2 other customers browsing and there was no staff member around, except for Jenifer who seemed a bit stressed checking on things around the store. when she’d settled the issue, Jenifer attended to me and she was the sweetest salesperson i’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.
this may not sound like much but Bugis Junction was the 3rd outlet i’d visited today and it was nice to have been served by someone with such a warm and welcoming demeanour.

Just wanna say thank you to the 2 staff (2 ladies - sorry I didn’t manage to get your names - working at Body Shop (Bugis Junction) on 31 October 2023 around 1pm. Thank you for being so friendly and helpful! I was looking for presents for my boyfriend’s mum and sister and you gave me a beautiful packaging for the presents, and also helped me sign up for a membership so I can get a 20% discount on some of the items. Thank you for your patience and excellent service!

Worst ever body shop experience. Staff and senior staff give a "look-down" look and attitude, just because I ask which items are cover under member discount.
And after closing my $200++ purchase immediately attend to next customer when I say dont need the paper bags at '10cent'. I got the new recycle bag for a $200++ purchase, can't she pack in that bag? She simply leave me rushing to pack my table full of items. So is body shop encouraging to be environmental friendly or not. If not to finish my shopping list and happened to be at bugis, i will never go there.
If you want to go Body shop and have a basic and comfortable shopping experience, definitely go other outlets,

Zahra (i think cos its printed on the receipt) was extremely patient in explaining how the products work as i had no clue on facial procedures. She gave excellent customer service. Thank you!!

Their staff is friendly and helpful. Beauty products are displayed prominently and attractively. Hence, I bought quite a number of products from them after such a long time.

Highly recommend this place at Bugis. They suggest good skincare tailored to your skin condition. For my sensitive, oily skin, they suggested the tea tree and peptide range, which helped my skin a lot. Hope this helps 🙏 …

I just walked into The Body Shop in Bugis to buy what I planned to buy. But a part-time shop assistant came over to explain the effectiveness of the product I took and also explained the range of the products. The shop assistant also recommended other products for my dry hair and my skincare. This part-time shop assistant helped me understand better what products were for my needs.
