I just want to say thank you to the two staff members (two ladies – sorry I didn't manage to get your names) working at The Body Shop (Bugis Junction) on 31 October 2023, around 1 PM. Thank you for being so friendly and helpful! I was looking for presents for my boyfriend's mum and sister, and you gave me beautiful packaging for the presents, and also helped me sign up for a membership so I can get a 20% discount on some of the items. Thank you for your patience and excellent service!

When I came into the shop, there were two other customers browsing, and no staff member was around except for Jenifer, who seemed a bit stressed checking on things around the store. When she'd settled the issue, Jenifer attended to me, and she was the sweetest salesperson I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. This may not sound like much, but Bugis Junction was the third outlet I’d visited today, and it was nice to have been served by someone with such a warm and welcoming demeanor.

The Body Shop is a major part of my grooming routine, from shower gels, sponges, and body lotion to facial care and makeup. I normally go to this store with specific items in mind to buy. The store in Bugis is where I normally frequent, as it is near my workplace. My favorite, and definitely a bestseller, is the lip and cheek stain, as it is easy to apply and refreshes my everyday look.

All the products are very good for your skin, and they smell very good. Whenever there is a new product, they always give a sample.

What a great service provided by Jennifer (I hope I got her name right). She was cheery and full of smiles, made sure I understood the promo, and suggested ways that I could reap its benefits. I appreciate your help. You made my day. I hope I made yours too! :)

Bought this set of shampoo to try out. Amazed by the service from staff named Zahra! She explained thoroughly about the new app. Thankfully, it was my birthday month, so I got 20% off. Zahra also gave a few samples and a hair scrub too! Thank you so much.
