Went to Bugis Wallet Shop to exchange a wallet that I bought from Bedok branch on the same day.The young lady who assisted me ,were so helpful and caring. Going forward will stick to Bugis Wallet Shop because of her excellent customer service. Sorry didn't get the chance to ask her name.

I went back the second time after considering the ALPAKA sling bag and decided to go ahead with it as both Merlin & nebuash were very knowledgeable of the product and have gave me many options and they were both non pushy w sales.im very happy and convince w the purchase. Kudos to both of them and I’ll be back again at the bugis store. A big thank you

I saw the Bellroy ad in Youtube. As a tourist, I was able to find the Bellroy Hide and Seek HI wallet in their Bugis Junction Branch 12 days ago and the staff are accommodating and friendly and willing to assist. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit the shop.
