I had an amazing shopping experience on 9th April at this outlet, thanks to your staff member, Vincy Chew! She is so kind, so lovely, always smiling, and super professional. When the product I wanted was out of stock, she kindly gave me other suggestions but did not push me into buying them. Because of such professionalism, I asked her for more recommendations and bought the ones she suggested. She also kindly provided some samples to test at home. I just love this kind of salesperson: happy, kind, not pushy, but professional and knowledgeable. I have been to other Faceshop outlets, but I will only return to this one if Vincy is there. Super employee!
