The Face Shop is on the 2nd floor, and the service there is awesome! ♡♡ A staff member named Fitri is exceptionally helpful; she even speaks a little Korean. I recommend her because I am so indebted to her. I always appreciate her service. I bet you won't regret it. I strongly recommend.

Very good service from the staff, Vincy, and one senior staff member whose name I didn't catch. I was there to buy gifts, and they helped me with recommendations and patiently waited for me to pick and choose. Great! Will definitely go back again.

I bought a cushion from here that I really liked. I asked the sales lady for extra cushion sponges. She recommended a sponge to me. I asked if this was the same sponge as the one inside the cushion, and she said yes. When I brought it home and opened the cushion, I realized the sponge was a different one. I went back to the store, and the sales staff then informed me the cushion sponge was out of stock. I realized she had conned me into buying a sponge that I didn't want, just to increase her sales. She dishonestly told me it was the same sponge as the one in the cushion, knowing it was not. If it was out of stock, why didn't she say so the first time? I felt cheated into buying a useless sponge not meant for the cushion, and not the same thing either. This was dishonest sales practice.
