very good service from the staff vincy and one of a senior staff, which i couldnt know her name. Brought gifts and they tried to help me in recommending and patiently waited me to pick and choose. ! Great ! Will def go back again

I bought a cushion from here that I really liked. I asked the sales lady for extra cushion sponges for purchase. She recommended me a sponge. I asked if this is the same sponge as the one inside the cushion, she said yes. Brought home opened the cushion, realize the sponge is a different one. I went back to the store, and the sales staff now says the cushion sponge is out of stock. I realize she has conned me into buying a sponge that I don’t want just to increase her sales. She dishonestly told me it was the same sponge in the cushion knowing it is not. If it’s out of stock, why don’t you say so the first time? I feel cheated into buying a useless sponge not meant for the cushion, and not the same thing either. This is dishonest sales practice.

I had an amazing shopping experience on 9th April at this outlet because of your staff Vincy Chew! She is soooo kind, so lovely, all smiley and super professional. When the product I want is out of stock, she kindly gave me other suggestions but she did not push me into buying it ❤️ Because of such professionalism I ask her for more recommendations and bought the ones she suggested! She also so kindly provided some freebies/samples to test out at home! I just LOVE these kind of salesperson! ❤️ Happy, kind, not pushy but professional and knows her things!
I have been to other Faceshop outlets but this will be one that I will only return to, only if Vincy is there ☺️ Super employee!!!
