Had a very pleasant experience here. Went down to the shop because the email help centre wasn't able to answer my questions. James was there and answered all my questions. I'm very thorough and he was able to help me decide. Ended up buying the stealth folio during the 30% off for someone else. I wasn't sure if it would fit, but when I found that it did, I came back the next day to get one for myself. James recognised me, we had a pleasant chat and he gave me a fistbump as I left!! I'm not sure why the other reviews spoke negatively about James, it might be how he was in the past, but my experience with him is not anything like theirs. Keep it up James, you're doing great!!!

Was initially a loyal fan of Timbuk2 for their quality and lifetime warranty. But now question the value of the warranty.
Upon submitting for repair, was told unrepairable and given a 30% in regular priced item for trade in. The thing is, there is a storewide 30% which makes my trade in worthless anyway… so this means the lifetime warranty is quite worthless for this case… I do believe for bags they deem unrepairable, there should be better compensation minimally 30% on all items and not regular priced…
UPDATE: Ordered online from their website, received NO status update and unreachable local support. Only when I reached out to their global team was I able to check that the order was never fulfilled and that they will refund. Unacceptable service, holding orders with no update even with no intention of fulfilling online orders.

Went to purchase a bagback today, the staff seems like not really willing to serve. I requested to use shopback pay later but the staff told they do not accept this payment mode which made me confused as I know they do accept Shopback Paylater options. I went paid for my purchases with my Visa card and I received the shopback cashback rebates and I went on to check online. All their platforms stated they do accept Shopback Paylater options and I went back to ask the staff again. He seems to be very confused about the payment methods they have and not willing to check with his superior.

I had been an avid Timbuk2 fan for years and never had issues with their quality and service. However, my recent Lazada online experience was horrendous, as I made two purchases, paid for them, and was told that both items were not available. To this day, both items are still available online, and all I was told was that it was a technical glitch and they are not honouring the sales... Well done!

I believe that for bags they deem unrepairable, there should be better compensation—at least 30% off all items, not just regular-priced ones.

Only when I reached out to their global team was I able to confirm that the order was never fulfilled and that they would issue a refund. This is unacceptable service: holding orders with no updates, even with no intention of fulfilling them.
