The service staff was really helpful and even going the extra step for me even though he didn't need to. My hands were full of dabao food and 1 box from beard papa. He noticed it would be hard to carry an additional box of 3 cupcakes so he helped me with an extra plastic bag that could fit the bigger box. Awww thank you! 💕🥰 …

Cupcakes are quite good! Packaging also nice. But consider no promotion then the price is a bit expensive!

I was there earlier on. Bugis outlet. Need to raise the feedback of the Indian man at the counter who was serving me. I tried out the three pieces of cakes that of different flavour that was on promo, it was 3 for $12. I choose one for each flavour and when i requested and asked nicely if i could change the same item as of the same cake, the man gaved a disgusting service as if i owed him money... I just want to say a few words to this Indian man who served the counter, I understand that if you do not like it but this is service. If you do not have a passion for service, please go back and no need to work, Because service comes from the heart. Don't give me that look as if i owe u any money. Please bear in mind if you dont like what you are doing, go home. Afterall, sweet cupcakes are way too salty because of your disgustingly service.

Cupcakes are quite overpriced given its quality. But they do have promotions from time to time so keep a look out (up to 25% off) as well as reduced prices when near closing hours.

I m thankfully to my helper who always taking good care of my family. This beautiful small cake will make her happy. Surprisingly the cake is not too sweet. I purchased more than $20 and earn capital points, which points can become cash rebate. Happy to spend money here as I can earn capital points. Overall, the cake is not too sweet but it is average. For people with diabetes, please control your sweet intake. ❤️

Bought these cakes from Twelve Cupcakes Bugis Junction, they were decently priced and tasted really good! They were small enough to eat as desserts after a meal. The service staff here was really efficient and provided good service! Edit: bought some more cakes so adding more pics

Perfect example of how a little well executed customer service goes a long way. There is a lot of choice at this mall and so when looking for a cake for a friends birthday was a bit overwhelmed with choice. Was impressed that the customer service guy (in photo unfortunately didn’t get name) knew the key ingredients of the red velvet cheesecake and was able to convincingly figure out if it was right for us. Main question - do you like cheese ? Not rocket science but a welcome change after some pretty average / below average service from other similar places. Actual cheese cake was tasty, thin layer of red velvet cake and a nice biscuity base, rich cheese taste but not too sweet. Not the cheapest place but overall feel like we got we paid for.

They makes possibly the best cupcakes in town. Not the cheapest place to buy cupcakes, but if you are looking for quality Twelve Cupcakes doesn't disappoint.
