Horrible experience. Was here on the 18th march. Senior staff on duty at 5pm shouted at customers "no photos allowed" in a very hostile manner. You dont have to shout. No harm saying it nicely. Need to train your staff a whole lot more.

Saw a earring I really liked but it was unfortunately chipped. It was the last piece as well. Staff said they couldn't give a discount, hope the management can allow on a case by case basis. Overall the staff were very helpful and not pushy. Update: one side of the earring dislodged after 1 wear. not good quality at all.
