Watsons Male staff was not attentive at all. Told him during scanning of items that his POS screen was not even switched on, i have no idea how much is it. Then he switched on. Passed him a voucher to offset my purchase, he chucked it one side. When i checked the monitor and asked if he did scan voucher, he says yes, not he didn't! And i bought >$250 worth, he did not even pass me the card for further purchase discount. Not attentive and diligent in his work. Will not be going to Watsons Bugis anytime soon.

Very bad experience. I purchased several items from them in a short period of time recently because they had a promotion. What disappointed me was that the salesperson asked me to pay separately to get more discounts. When I was at the counter on the first day I got a few coupons for the receipts after the payment was completed, which I used for discounts on subsequent receipts, which can be found at I spent again the next day and the staff asked me to pay my bill myself at the counter next to it but I didn't get the discount. When I went to the counter to greet me in detail, I received an unfriendly mouth from a middle-aged woman who refused my help at all. Her attitude and attitude towards understanding and helping customers is so bad that her name tag actually says super visor? I hope the company can improve this employee's work system.

I witnessed a manager, presumably named Jason, aggressively and publicly berating a promoter in the most demeaning and disrespectful manner. His behavior was shockingly unprofessional and made for an incredibly unpleasant shopping experience. It’s appalling that Watson’s allows such toxic and abusive conduct from their management.
I previously left a one-star rating, but it was deleted. This makes me wonder if they are trying to hide their guilt. I will be posting it again to ensure my experience is heard.
It’s hard to believe that such behavior is tolerated in a professional environment.

Went to Watsons to find a Japanese collagen that i happened to saw it online & this lady, Suk Hui, from Principle Nutrition, came approached me. She is super super friendly. She explained to me abt the product and informed me abt the current promotion that Watson's having right now. Only Watsons store have this promotion. She also helping me until the payment & putting in to my recycle bag.
Just would like to thank her that i feel so comfortable from the start i step in to the store. She guaranteed me that i will not be disappointed with the product.

There is this one staff with long ponytail, immaculate makeup and burgundy nails, working at the supplement section. Only she was helpful.
All the rest of the staff (a Chinese lady, and 2 middle-aged ladies) were not helpful at all. They did not even bother to help me look for the supplement before they answered me it wasn't in stock.
