The staff here were professional and proactive in helping customers, even when it was late in the day and they must be tired. One helped me to find the right shelf because I was looking around, another helped to check the inventory when the size I needed wasn’t displayed, while the cashier was super patient with the use of cash vouchers and game card. Thanks very much!

Good, This is the worst Watson’s location I have ever visited. I witnessed a manager, presumably named Jason, aggressively and publicly berating a promoter in the most demeaning and disrespectful manner. His behavior was shockingly unprofessional and made for an incredibly unpleasant shopping experience. It’s appalling that Watson’s allows such toxic and abusive conduct from their management.
I previously left a one-star rating, but it was deleted. This makes me wonder if they are trying to hide their guilt. I will be posting it again to ensure my experience is heard.
It’s hard to believe that such behavior is tolerated in a professional environment.

I had a rash and needed a zinc ointment. After some difficulties with the language, they found a perfect cream.
This cream (Sudocrem) is better than the one I have at home. Thanks to helpful ladies in the store. You really saved my vacation!!

Rude service!! This noon, I asked the pharmacist about the medicine. She directed me to call the clinic and go there to ask her what the problem was. She said she didn't know! She said she was just training! What kind of training is that? Is this how customers should be served!!!!
