I was served by Rachel (if I am not wrong) of Yankee Candles, Bugis Junction branch.
First of all, I just wanna mention that I felt so welcomed as I was greeted warmly by Rach and the other lady staff.
Secondly, I asked rach for some recommendations in which she patiently let me have a smell of most of the candle scent. It was such a great help for my purchase selection. I walked out of the shop feeling happy that I managed to buy the candles with such a fuss-free experience.
Lastly, this is one of the most commendable retail experience. Retail staffs should strive for service excellence as such. Truly commendable and I hope that rach and her colleague will get the deserving recognition for their good services, well done. Thank you!

Very helpful and patient staff assisted our sniffing process and got the warmer at a discount. The discount is not displayed but you can always approach the friendly staff. This 《Christmas Eve》 from this year's Christmas series filled our room with Christmas feels.

Really helpful staff and fast service! I bought a Christmas gift set on 22 dec and I actually left it at cold storage and headed home. When I realized, I immediately panicked and called the shop to ask if I had left it there by mistake.
The manager took 10 mins to call me back with the CCTV footage to show that it indeed wasn't there, helping me to quickly backtrack my steps to the other shops just before they closed at 10pm. (Such speed on a busy Sunday evening, just awesome) I honestly couldn't have been more Thankful for the super fast service! Thank you Yankee Candle. Didn't manage to get the name of the staff and the manager that helped me as I was on the call with the staff while running around in bugis. (That level of patience tho)

I went to your outlet at Bugis Junction today and was served by staff Kennix who was so helpful to assist me in choosing my items and even recommending some popular candles . What surprised me was, she called me after 2hrs to say that I was charged more for an item and refunded me the balance via paynow. I was truly amazed by her honesty and service. Impressed with the service, thank you and keep it up with this excellent service.
