I went to your outlet at Bugis Junction today and was served by Kennix, who was so helpful in assisting me with choosing my items and even recommending some popular candles. What surprised me was that she called me after two hours to say that I was overcharged for an item and refunded me the balance via PayNow. I was truly amazed by her honesty and service.
