Really helpful staff and fast service! I bought a Christmas gift set on December 22nd and accidentally left it at Cold Storage before heading home. When I realized, I immediately panicked and called the shop to ask if I had left it there. The manager took 10 minutes to call me back after reviewing the CCTV footage to confirm it wasn't there. This helped me quickly backtrack my steps to other shops just before they closed at 10 PM. (Such speed on a busy Sunday evening – awesome!) I honestly couldn't have been more thankful for the super-fast service! Thank you, Yankee Candle. I didn't manage to get the names of the staff and manager who helped me, as I was on the call with the staff while running around Bugis. (That level of patience, though!) Thanks for helping to save my Christmas gift!

Here's the lightly edited review: I was served by Rachel (if I'm not mistaken) at the Yankee Candles, Bugis Junction branch. First of all, I want to mention that I felt so welcomed, greeted warmly by Rach and her colleague. Secondly, I asked Rach for some recommendations, and she patiently allowed me to smell most of the candle scents. This was a great help with my purchase selection. I walked out of the shop feeling happy, having bought the candles with such a fuss-free experience. Lastly, this was one of the most commendable retail experiences. Retail staff should strive for such service excellence. This is truly commendable, and I hope that Rach and her colleague receive the recognition they deserve for their good service. Well done! Thank you!

The staff was very helpful. They even let me smell the different candles🕯 while explaining the prices.
