I got a lipstick engraved as a gift for my Mom. The staff were very helpful in advising me to pick a shade and emoji for the engraving, and **were** patient while I decided what to get. Great experience overall!

I was served by Ivey Khoo at the counter today. She was such a nice and friendly lady, and recommended lipsticks and the ongoing promotion to us. We ended up getting more than what we were intending to buy because of the great promotion and her service. We will definitely come back to her again! Highly recommend!

I was served by a lady that day. I didn't catch her name because her name badge only said 'promoter'. I must say, her service was very good, patient, and friendly! I have been standing in the shop since 7:20 PM, wanting to get something for my friend as a gift.
I have noticed that the only employee who’s in the shop is currently engaged with another customer who’s trying on their makeup products.
The employee made eye contact with us but did not follow up with us after that. By 7:50 PM, I was still not served by her.
It is a weekend; at least have two employees, or at least get an employee who is alert to their surroundings and attentive to each and every customer who steps in.
It is not very difficult to say, “Give me a moment; I'll be there shortly.”
After that, I went to the Orchard ION Outlet. My gift purchase was completed in 10 minutes.

I bought lipstick as a gift and was helped by a very kind, sweet, and helpful lady who helped with clarifications. She had a promoter badge, but I think she said her name was CL. She even helped wrap the gift in a Christmas decoration. Wonderful service.

CL at Bugis Junction outlet – super friendly and damn helpful. Usually, when something is out of stock, I’ll just get a standard “it’s out of stock” and that’s it. But CL actually offered to check other outlets for me and even personally called to confirm stock. In the end, I managed to get what I wanted from another branch—all thanks to her! Really appreciate the extra effort, especially since it didn’t benefit her at all. Service like this deserves recognition🥹
