I have been standing in shop since 7:20pm , wanting to get something for my friend as a gift.
I have noticed that the only employee who’s in the shop is currently engaged with another customer who’s trying on their makeup products.
The employee has made a eye contact with us but did not make any follow up with us since the eye contact and till 7.50pm , i am still not served by her.
is a weekend , at least put 2 employee or at least get an employee who’s alert to the surrounding and attentive to each and every customer who steps in.
It is not very difficult to say “ give me a moment , will be there shortly “.
After that i went to Orchard ION Outlet, 10min my purchased gift is done.

Their attitude was not very good. It was around 6.10-6.40 pm on May 3rd. I don't know why. Did they look down on us? If this is the case, it would be better to mark the net worth before entering.
