Amazing experience at this pop up store that sells Pin x clip inside BHG Bugis Junction L2. Staff was incredibly helpful and warmth & their customer service was outstanding.They are able to help me find items that met my needs & budget. I specially like their bracelets & earrings.Products quality was good.I highly recommend anyone who wants a stress free shopping experience to patronise the shop.Will definitely returned back.

Tree storey department store inside bugis junction. Selling daily product including baby / kids needs. Baby / kids stuff are at 3 floor (refer to photos). I always go here to get stuff for my toddler. Expect crowded when weekend. Overall it's good buy.

Did shopping at the Goldlion counter and was served by Jonas. The young man was very patient and explained the different type of fabric of those shirts and pants on offer.
He even went on to find the exact length size of the pants I wanted. We were very pleased with his professionalism and customer service. We had a wonderful shopping experience at BHG Bugis Junction.

A very bad shopping experience. Their prices were high and welcia and BHG are not the same..i cannot make payment together. When closing down, they should maintain the 20% discount. Word of advice- dont buy baa baa sheepz items if dont have 20% unless u urgently in need of the items

My shopping day was great until I met this lady (quite an old aunty, tied a hair bun) at the BHG men wallet area (near Santa Barbara). I was alone looking for a wallet for my hubby and this aunty approached me to ask for help. She explained to me on the discounted price items and I was hesitating between Valentino and the Polo brand and asked for some suggestion. She replied in a rude manner and say she could hardly compare the brand cause different ppl use wallet differently. Fine. I then request to check for a second item whether there is new one before making my mind to purchase one, she stared at me and said "ah girl, I can't check this one by one for you, you know ??". It was just my second request and she raised her voice and refused to check for me, I was so frustrated with her attitude and decided to walk away. I wanted to check what's the aunty's name but she wasn't wearing her name tag and when I asked for her name, she refused to tell me too.
I hope BHG could look into this as it definitely affect our shopping experience and I am just hoping to be respected at least by a counter lady.
