My shopping day was great until I met this lady (quite an old aunty, tied a hair bun) at the BHG men wallet area (near Santa Barbara). I was alone looking for a wallet for my hubby and this aunty approached me to ask for help. She explained to me on the discounted price items and I was hesitating between Valentino and the Polo brand and asked for some suggestion. She replied in a rude manner and say she could hardly compare the brand cause different ppl use wallet differently. Fine. I then request to check for a second item whether there is new one before making my mind to purchase one, she stared at me and said "ah girl, I can't check this one by one for you, you know ??". It was just my second request and she raised her voice and refused to check for me, I was so frustrated with her attitude and decided to walk away. I wanted to check what's the aunty's name but she wasn't wearing her name tag and when I asked for her name, she refused to tell me too.
I hope BHG could look into this as it definitely affect our shopping experience and I am just hoping to be respected at least by a counter lady.
Cheers.

If I could give a zero rating I would, too bad rhe lowest it can get is 1 star. BHG standards has dropped tremendously since it's early days. To tackle one of the issue (slow moving lines at the cashier) they introduced self check kiosks for payment. I tried it for the first time today to purchase a bag at the Bugis outlet, after the cashier advised me to do so as there was a line at the manned counter and some of the customers were making redemption and it was taking a while. I managed to make payment successfully, and went home with my new bag happily. Unfortunately upon reaching home which took me an hour's journey, I realised the anti-theft tag is still on the inside of the bag (the type that bursts red ink if it's not removed by a proper device).
Obviously, I can't remove it as I don't have to device, so now I have to travel another hour back to the shop to have it removed. Wonder how long the queue is gonna be there tonight.
Would have appreciated if the cashier reminded me about the anti theft tag when directing me to the self check out kiosks. Or maybe have some signage around the kiosks to remind customers on this issue. I wouldn't be so pissed if not for the fact that the cashier was so unhelpful and there are other promoters/ staff at the bag section just standing around and not offering any assistance whatsoever.
I know there may be some helpful staff in BHG but just never encountered by myself. Won't be trying my luck (with helpful statf) and wasting my time again with this Bugis BHG store.

Great department store, can find most anything. They were having a sale today and the clerk did his best to find my shoes size, several times going back to the storeroom to confirm they did not have my shoe size. He really went out of his way to help. Very nice staff.

A pretty standard shopping center with low-mid range items and a lot of less familiar brands. There were quite a few items on sale, but nothing extraordinary

I always like to come to Bugis Junction and also BHG. Especially when there is sales going on.
There are many nice eateries here....lots of choices. Today the crowd is not here hence don't have to waste time waiting.
Happy shopping

Customer Service Manager Ang Wei and the staff were so accommodating. I had a horrible experience with the brand Origani, and they helped me expedite the refund quickly. So so thankful.
