My shopping day was great until I met this lady (an older woman, an 'aunty', with her hair tied in a bun) at the BHG men's wallet area (near Santa Barbara). I was alone looking for a wallet for my hubby, and this aunty approached me to offer assistance. She explained the discounted price items to me, and I was hesitating between Valentino and the Polo brand and asked for some suggestions. She replied in a rude manner and said she could hardly compare the brands because different people use wallets differently. Fine. I then requested to check a second item to see if there was a new one before deciding to purchase one. She stared at me and said, "Ah girl, I can't check this one by one for you, you know??". It was just my second request, and she raised her voice and refused to check for me. I was so frustrated with her attitude and decided to walk away. I wanted to check what the aunty's name was, but she wasn't wearing her name tag, and when I asked for her name, she refused to tell me too.
I hope BHG will look into this, as it definitely affects our shopping experience, and I am just hoping to be respected at least by a counter lady.

Amazing experience at this pop-up store that sells Pin x clip at BHG Bugis Junction L2. Staff was incredibly helpful and warm, and their customer service was outstanding. They helped me find items that met my needs and budget. I especially liked their bracelets and earrings. The product quality was good. I highly recommend anyone who wants a stress-free shopping experience to patronise the shop. I will definitely return.

A three-story department store inside Bugis Junction. It sells everyday products, including baby and kids' needs. Baby and kids' stuff are on the 3rd floor (refer to photos). I always go here to get stuff for my toddler. Expect it to be crowded on weekends. Overall, it's a good buy.

A very bad shopping experience. Their prices were high, and Welcia and BHG are not the same; I cannot make payment together. When closing down, they should maintain the 20% discount. Word of advice: don't buy Baa Baa Sheepz items if you don't have 20% off, unless you urgently need the items.

I did some shopping at the Goldlion counter and was served by Jonas. The young man was very patient and explained the different types of fabric of the shirts and pants on offer.
He even found the exact length size of the pants I wanted. We were very pleased with his professionalism and customer service. We had a wonderful shopping experience at BHG Bugis Junction.
