Went to collect my luggage and was disappointed with the lack of basic customer service. The staff member showed no initiative or courtesy—she didn’t bring the luggage to us but instead told us to go to the back area to retrieve it ourselves.
Upon inspection, we found that the luggage had dirty wheels and appeared to be a display set. When we raised this, she dismissively said there was no stock available and made no effort to provide alternatives or offer any recovery service.
When we asked for a physical receipt, she again responded dismissively, stating that because we bought it online, the receipt is only available online.
There were no other customers around, yet she behaved as if she was too busy to assist. The overall experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

Stressful day! I’m a contractor and doing work at Bugis such as painting, ad hoc cleaning, handyman etc because tenant move out so return unit to owner. So after work come to this Bugis store to get a feel of travel sense.
How I wish to travel oversea... now covid also can’t travel. I love this shop, discount is great! Good! Staff at first very quiet look and follow me here and there but when I started chatting, we laughed all way.
