cant even get through to the number. when the call connects, just hear a high pitch ringing tone for one minute before call cuts off. my bag has been sent here for warranty repair for 3 weeks with no response. i just want my bag repaired!!!

There is no price tag for Native shoes. Am I supposed to take the shop assistants word on what the price is? Is there no transparency in pricing?

Staff was super rude. Went there to collect my bag and she didn't know anything and asked me back ‘how should i know this is my first day of work’.
Evenso she should have ask in a nicer tone and ask for my name/ number/ email for collection. She is in her black outfit, around 145-147cm.

Purchased a bottle from this outlet on 21/07/2024
Justin offered 20% off for the bottle and 10% for the bottom cover of the bottle if only the transaction was by cash.
So I went to retrieve the cash. He assured me that the bottle is new and asked me to check with the cover on. I trusted his and hence, I did not open the cover and checked the bottom of the bottle.
To my dismay, the bottle was dented and had a leaky cap. I looked through the receipt again. The remarks was that the bottle was unrepaired hence the 20% off.
Very cunning indeed!

2 of my hydroflask mugs started condensing so I contacted Hydroflask directly to enquire on the lifetime warranty guarantee. They directed me to bratpack to drop the items off for review and subsequently a 1 for 1 exchange if applicable.
Justin was amazing through the entire process from explaining the timeline and the resolution if my mugs were indeed faulty. In about 2 weeks he called me to let me know I could get an exchange and even helped me set aside the colours for me to pick up.
To highlight that I didn’t even purchase the mugs from them originally so I have never been their customer, but yet their service was top notch. Happy to return as a paying customer for my next purchase.
