Their online business is not operating with customer service in mind. No proper return/exchange policy can be found; emailed multiple times for a way to exchange unsuitable purchased product but no response.

Purchase an item on their store and it came defected. Emailed the company regarding an exchange and there is no response. Customer service is non existent. Please avoid purchasing items on their website.

I just went to this store hoping to have a pleasant greeting and wanting to just buy a shoe, only to be rudely treated. What a waste.

I told the dude I wanted to buy a Power Ranger bag, but she ended up giving me a plastic bag instead. Then that dude offered to sell me the shop. Of course, I declined because I heard one of the workers there say the job was 'sai kang'.
