bugis outlet on 27/4/2025, 4.50pm. Chocolate Origin, do check out your female staff on duty. I was in front of the store and no one to be seen. Found your female staff sitting at a corner, face stuck to her HP. I said hello to her and she reluctantly attended to me. Although she is wearing a mask, can read from her gaze and body language that she is not in a good mood. Poker face, cold, rude attitude and response. "kena sai". I feels like telling her off but will shared it here instead. Spoiled my day.

Terrible that they want the sale but don't want people eating anywhere in the store. Previously there was seating arrangement, now they are chasing people out from eating in their store. So you buy your lava cake and then step out to eat in front of their store, not in the store! Nice model!

Bought a cake today at 5pm and cut just done. It all turned out crumbly and dry, we weren’t able to cut the cake into slices. Update: went back to the shop and they were super apologetic about it. So service recovery was definitely good but the verdict about the quality of the sake is to be determined.

Huge fanatic of all things chocolate so it’s deffos not one to miss out. The chocolate lava cake was absolutely splendid. Love the vanilla ice cream at the bottom. Gives alittle bit of the element of surprise. Not a huge fan of the ice cream. I prefer awfully chocolate’s. But overall, wonderful. Would deff come back to satisfying my period cravings!

Went over Bugis outlet to get some cookies for gift today. The lady serving me was not in a good mood, whole 2 mins experience was bad. i think she shouldn't work in service line.

I travelled down to redeem brownies, but was informed that the items were out of stock. I asked if I could substitute the brownies with other items of similar value, which is what many other food and beverage establishments often suggest, but I was denied. The lesson learned is probably to give them a call before heading down to avoid disappointment.

Went to the Bugis outlet to get some cookies for a gift today. The lady serving me was not in a good mood. The whole 2-minute experience was bad. I think she shouldn't work in customer service.

As a huge fanatic of all things chocolate, this is definitely not one to miss. The chocolate lava cake was absolutely splendid. I loved the vanilla ice cream at the bottom; it gave a little element of surprise. However, I wasn't a huge fan of the ice cream itself, preferring Awfully Chocolate's. But overall, it was wonderful. I would definitely come back to satisfy my period cravings!
