We had planned to look at several shops before purchasing a couple of watches as gifts for our wedding but decided to purchase from City Chain Bugis due to the affordable price points and the service that manager Alex provided us. The post service is bad. I sent my watch for repairs, they didn’t call me when the watch is fixed. I was told by the sales person that I didn’t collect my watch and it might have sent back to the warehouse. But I was not informed at all!

Had a great experience with staff Nicole at City Chain Bugis outlet. She was very attentive and patient with us letting us try on multiple watches without any sense of pressure or upselling.
Eventually ended up getting a Seiko Cocktail Time. Would definitely patronize the same shop again if I were to pick up a Seiko in the future

We bought this watch 2 months ago from your store in Bugis. Days later, we figured out there a defect with the timing, the watch is late and totally not accurate. We took it back to the store, where your agent promised to solve the issue. It took them a month for repairing before they called us for pick up,and guess what! The same issue persists. We took it back to the store today asking for refund or replacement, and the sales agent "Jasmine" was very rude to me and my wife, she kept saying there is nothing they can do for us and it is not their problem because they are only resellers.Her colleague interfered trying to alleviate the tense of the discussion, offering to send it back to be repaired without any guarantee that the problem will be fixed. We feel cheated and robbed by you, we paid $126 for a worthless watch that doesn't cost a nickel.

Lovely experience. All staff are friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgeable as well on the brands and make good recommendations according to your budget, preferences, and occasion. They have a healthy range of stocks as well - the latest Seikos and Caisos, GShocks. Limited edition stocks also available while it lasts. Great service and hospitality by Laurence all-round. He was very patient and polite in guiding me on the models, flexibly describing the specs to me in detail and try them on one by one.

I first ordered to view Cyma and Seiko Presage Cocktail womens watches via WhatsApp and when I got to the store, I was helped out by Lawrence (not sure if I got the name right). He was really knowledgable and helpful, super patient as well.
I got the Seiko Presage Cocktail Series - which sadly was faulty and had to send for repair within the week. Lawrence was once again knowledgable about the process and how the repairs were done.
3 weeks later (during the festive period) I got my watch back - with the assurance from Lawrence that he examined it for 1 day since it got back to the store.
The whole experience which was supposedly unpleasant was then tolerable!
