Friendly and attentive staff. They know their trade well. Able to recommend suitable watches, know the details for the watches, and very helpful in narrowing down the selections. Not pushy at all. Thumbs up.

Don't recommend to come to this shop. Extremely terrible service. Asked to see a another watch, the male staff was not willing to to serve and said told us to buy from roadside. LOL...

Special shoutout to shop manager Mr Larence for his professional service and conduct in going out of his way to assist me with an exchange even though their store didn't have the model I wanted, he made the extra effort to contact a nearby outlet and had them keep one for me. Mr Larence thank you once again for being a shining star in the retail industry and may your example inspire others 👍👍👍

The after-sales service is bad. I sent my watch for repairs. They didn’t call me when it was fixed. I was told by the salesperson that I hadn’t collected my watch and it might have been sent back to the warehouse. But I was not informed at all!

The lady was helpful but seemed overwhelmed, as she was the only staff there. I bought a watch, though. The shop's stock is very good. I saw the Seiko I wanted.
