I was looking for a specific Citizen watch model. Lawrence looked up their inventory, and unfortunately, it wasn't available in any of their outlets.
We struck up a conversation about watches and understood Lawrence was passionate about horology.

We bought this watch two months ago from your store in Bugis. Days later, we discovered a defect with the timing: the watch was running late and totally not accurate. We took it back to the store, where your agent promised to solve the issue. It took them a month to repair it before they called us for pickup, and guess what! The same issue persists. We took it back to the store today asking for a refund or replacement, and the sales agent "Jasmine" was very rude to my wife and me. She kept saying there was nothing they could do for us and that it was not their problem because they are only resellers. Her colleague intervened, trying to alleviate the tension of the discussion, offering to send it back for another repair without any guarantee that the problem would be fixed. We feel cheated and robbed by you; we paid $126 for a worthless watch that doesn't cost a nickel.

I first arranged to view Cyma and Seiko Presage Cocktail women's watches via WhatsApp, and when I got to the store, I was helped out by Lawrence (not sure if I got the name right). He was really knowledgeable and helpful, and super patient.
I got the Seiko Presage Cocktail Series, which, sadly, turned out to be faulty and had to be sent for repair within the week. Lawrence was once again knowledgeable about the repair process.
Three weeks later (during the festive period), I got my watch back, with the assurance from Lawrence that he had examined it for a full day after it returned to the store.
What could have been an unpleasant experience was ultimately made tolerable!

Lovely experience. All staff are friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgeable about the brands as well and make good recommendations according to your budget, preferences, and occasion. They have a healthy range of stock as well, including the latest Seikos, Casios, and G-Shocks. Limited edition stock is also available while it lasts. Great service and hospitality by Laurence all-round. He was very patient and polite in guiding me through the models, flexibly describing the specs to me in detail, and allowing me to try them on one by one.

I had a great experience with Nicole at the City Chain Bugis outlet. She was very attentive and patient, letting us try on multiple watches without any pressure or upselling. Eventually, we ended up getting a Seiko Cocktail Time. We would definitely patronize the same shop again if we were to pick up another Seiko in the future.
