I visited the store on 20 Sep and inquired about the Watch Series 10. The staff who assisted me (I believe her name was Chester Ong, as noted on my receipt) was incredibly patient in addressing all my questions, even though the store was quite busy due to the iPhone 16 launch. Thanks to her excellent customer service, I ended up purchasing the watch and left the store in a great mood. Thumbs up for her!

This is the first place in Singapore I encountered no price label for tempered glass and I was overcharged for a tempered clear glass with $79.90 Beware of these sales guys they told the price before tax and charge lot after fixing tempered glass for my new iPhone 16e. Tourists to be aware of this store. Even from Apple Store they charge lesser than this. Much obliged if the Singapore authorities to look into this matter as this affects the tourists please! Can anyone lemme know how much he charged for you for the clear glass because he asked a random price after fixing the tempered glass.

I visited iStudio Bugis Junction to get a few Apple accessories. I was assisted by Mr Ash, who noticed that I was a bit lost. He was most helpful by explaining and showing the different options and was very patient in answering my queries.
I am very happy with my purchases of a powerbank, 3-in-1 charger and 2 earphones.
