Came here to try Satay Chicken. It's been a while since I've been to any KFC. Everything is so familiar I immediately felt like home. Tables were not spotlessly clean, probably due to leftover food debris and water from the previous customer. No biggie.
Ordering was smooth, collection was fast. Sat down to try out the new satay crunch fried chicken!
Amazing! Perfectly seasoned and the satay sauce is thick. Now this is just KFC showing off what they can do with the right herbs.

I don't recommend, the employees had no interest/rush to take orders. And the burger was the most pathetic looking thing I've ever seen. The buns hadn't even been heated and the bacon was completely burned and it seemed that they were made a week ago.
The Fries were tasteless too. Atleast the coca cola tasted like coca cola.

they seemed n looked to me dat they serve customers depending on the person.. only when it comes to 1hr b4 closing...
probly looking at how u dressed i supposed.. mayb not all the staff or managers for dis outlet.. juz some blacksheep dat spoils the whole restaurant image..

The service quality by the 2 staff at the counter was really bad. We ordered milk as the beverage option but there was no milk, the staff did not even inform us, there was only 2 empty cup provided. When we asked, the Indian lady told us that there is no milk,with poor attitude, no apology given. There was also missing 2 sides given upon checking when we are home. It was a total poor experience and disappointment. hope the management can really look into it fot improvement

Meat was juicy but burger buns were dry, brittle, stale and absolutely terrible. Worse burger I've ever eaten. Lettuce was hard as rock, clearly freeze dried. The burger patty was tough and hard to bite but the inside meat was okay

The quality of the chicken really needs to be re-look at. Ordered the Spicy Dippers, it came cold, to such an extent, it’s hard like stone. Requested for the counter to change a new one. The zinger burger chicken patty is actually very pathetic too. The cleanliness of the restaurant needs to be look into as well. Oily floor dirty tables.

Server gave this lady who ordered at the counter her food immediately even though there was a long queue of people who ordered earlier and were still waiting for their orders to be ready. Discrimination.

The quality of customer service was really poor. I went up to the counter to check if the order was mine but was rudely told to look at the screen and check my number. The screen had multiple orders that were ready to pick up which was the reason why i asked. Also witnessed the guy at the front be rude to other customers as well. As far as I can remember, the server’s name is Zahir. (See photo)

Food was good, they were piping hot. Tried the limited edition lychee/ strawberry snacks.
But there wasn’t any staffs, they also just left our food there without calling our number or anything. We were sitting there for a good 30mins with 0 customers in the store until we thought we should ask them about it, and realised there wasn’t any staffs and our food was just left at the counter.
