I don't recommend. The employees had no interest or rush to take orders. And the burger was the most pathetic-looking thing I've ever seen. The buns hadn't even been heated, the bacon was completely burned, and they seemed like they were made a week ago. The fries were tasteless too. At least the Coca-Cola tasted like Coca-Cola.

The meat was juicy, but the burger buns were dry, brittle, stale, and absolutely terrible. Worst burger I've ever eaten. The lettuce was hard as rock, clearly freeze-dried. The burger patty was tough and hard to bite, but the inside meat was okay.

Came here to try Satay Chicken. It's been a while since I've been to any KFC. Everything was so familiar, I immediately felt at home. Tables were not spotlessly clean, probably due to leftover food debris and water from the previous customer. No biggie. Ordering was smooth, collection was fast. Sat down to try out the new satay crunch fried chicken! Amazing! Perfectly seasoned, and the satay sauce is thick. Now this is just KFC showing off what they can do with the right herbs.

Lousy service. Lousy staff. Even a lousy manager. Most of them have an "I'm the boss" attitude written all over their faces, especially an hour before closing. It seemed to me that they serve customers differently depending on the person, probably looking at how you're dressed, I suppose. Maybe not all the staff or managers at this outlet, just some black sheep that spoil the whole restaurant's image.

The quality of the chicken really needs to be reviewed. I ordered the Spicy Dippers, and they came cold, so cold they were hard like stone. I requested a new one from the counter. The Zinger Burger chicken patty was also very pathetic. The cleanliness of the restaurant needs to be looked into as well. The floor was oily and the tables were dirty.

The service quality from the two staff at the counter was really bad. We ordered milk as the beverage option, but there was no milk. The staff did not even inform us, and only two empty cups were provided. When we asked, the Indian lady told us that there was no milk, with a poor attitude and no apology given. Two sides were also missing, which we discovered upon checking when we got home. It was a totally poor experience and a disappointment. We hope the management can really look into this for improvement.

A server gave this lady who ordered at the counter her food immediately, even though there was a long queue of people who had ordered earlier and were still waiting for their orders. Discrimination.

The quality of customer service was really poor. I went up to the counter to check if the order was mine, but was rudely told to look at the screen and check my number. The screen had multiple orders ready for pickup, which was why I asked. I also witnessed the person at the front being rude to other customers. As far as I can remember, the server’s name is Zahir. (See photo) It's best to avoid this place given the mediocre service.

The food was good and piping hot. Tried the limited edition lychee/strawberry snacks. But there weren't any staff, and they just left our food there without calling our number or anything. We were sitting there for a good 30 minutes with no customers in the store until we thought we should ask about it. We then realised there weren't any staff, and our food had simply been left at the counter.
