The machine sold me something they didn’t even have (coke zero) and when I asked for a refund, I was told it would take 7 to 14 working days and it may not arrive in which case I should call or email KFC. Seriously KFC!!?? How bad do you have to be at customer experience??? Honestly you can keep that four dollars in exchange for me never dining at KFC again. Anywhere.

Worst kfc in Singapore. Ordered on the app and was on their order system for 20 min. Staff just standing around and talking instead of preparing the food. They ran out of cheese fries and didnt say anything. Only gave half a portion which had barely 15 fries. Service attitude was bad, rude and unpleasant.

came today 25th Dec around 2:30pm. went to the counter to ask if I could have thigh meat instead of chicken breast as i don’t eat breast meat. however, was told that it’s not possible to get all thigh meat. the lady was also impatient and have a arrogant attitude. asked for more chili packets, she also had a “black” face super disappointed. totally no customer service. the chili packets she gave me was also very dirty

Order take away. Order came short and cheese fries was done is this manner. (Refer to image) Called outlet and a female manager told us to collect from the nearest outlet. Was promised 3 pieces chicken and 1 cheese fries as compensation. Drove to the kinex outlet, the manager wasnt informed and I waited over 40 minutes to receive only 1 piece chicken and 1 cheese fries. My petrol, parking fees and time is not even worth the trip. Called the bugis outlet hundreds of times and manager went MIA never pick up phone. Very disappointed
