I am a customer who patronise Parco Bugis Junction for many years. I called Parco Bugis Junction to try to get the Human Resource. To my shock. the person who answered the phone told me that there is no Human Resource Department. I wonder if it is true that there is NO HUMAN RESOURCE Department. This has left a bad taste in my mouth. Is it true that there is no human resource department in Parco Bugis Junction departmental store? I hope the management can answer this question truthfully. Thank You.

Extremely poor service and very rude response from the chinese speaking middle-aged salesgirlcumcashier (Lve). She packed $109 old top (trying piece) as my purchase and told me off when I requested for new and rebuked me on why can't I requested earlier. I would like to ask Lve - Isnt it industry standard to give brand new item to customer???? Totally speechless that she insisted with her belittling tone and continued to pack the testing piece and gave it to me . I will not go there anymore!!!!! And I feel like discarding the (testing)top that I've paid for $109 today! Really ruined my entire day simply because of this shopping experience. 😡

Bought a fabric face mask. Did not use it but hand wash it same day. Wanted to use it next day but saw it was discolored after washing so went back to the shop. Firstly they insisted need to come back another day as manager is not around. We requested for a reply rather than returning. Then they try to prove it is customer fault by washing a new face mask in front of us. The attitude of the staff and manager are not good. They had to go to such a hostile approach rather than do a proper service recovery. The after taste is so bad we said let's forget about the $15 or a proper exchange for an item bought the day before.

The design and quality might be nice but I think the mgt should seriously look into the standards of the staff in bugis outlet. pretty upset with their service standard and felt the service rendered do not match the pricey dress or what other boutique will does I bought a dress in Bugis outlet recently and there is no new piece. The sale assistant told me will arrange stock transfer which will reach on next day, which is Friday..I returned on Saturday but was informed by the same sale assistant that dress is not here yet. First wasted trip made. should have at least dropped me a text to inform stock not ready. Made second trip today for collection, the same assistant who served me, said she cannot pass me the dress as I did not bring the collection slip..I am still ok until the manager came in and explained said it is their practice as there are people who double claim and "my face look angry". obviously, it you had made 2 trips yet the dress cannot be collected will you be angry? be in service line, should have some tact in politeness in offering service which the manager clearly is lack of neither empathetic. Since SOP is dealing collection is strict, then the shop should have SOP in customer service. Uniqlo clothes are more affordable and they offered better service than the sale assistant and manager in bugis outlet

Design suits me. Cutting and fabric seem good, and hide body flaws. Service is good, ironing the new pieces as requested. Good experience overall.
