Very bad attitude from the staff, I was in the store for less than 15 mins and felt like I was forced to make a decision the whole time. Didn’t bother to answer my question when I was deciding between sizes. Left a really bad taste even though I still purchased it as Pazzion shoes is so comfy. Hope the management take action on this

I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star if I could. Rarely have experience like this in Singapore. This brand is not the same as they used to be. Bought this pair of sneakers from another shop on 12 Nov and kept in shoe cabinet for 3 days and never worn them. On 14 Nov, I wanted to change to another colour and rang the shop knowing they only have it in silver. They told me I could get shoes exchanged at Bugis Junction as they have the other colour stock. So I came to the shop to exchange on 15 Nov and was told they can’t exchange for me as there’re footprints in the shoes. Only after they said, I checked carefully and saw light footprints deep inside both shoes. It could be from anyone who tried the shoes as Pazzion don’t require customers to wear socks when trying on shoes. So had a phone call with their “Manager JJ” upon my request, I acknowledge that I probably should have checked the shoes more carefully when purchasing. She ignored the fact that I didn’t wear them at all, refused to acknowledge that the footprints could be from anyone who tried them on and their staff might also have missed it. She refused to listen to any fact but insisted “You checked the shoes before purchasing and you worn them, you can take them back”. Furthermore they showed no regrets on the fact that I paid full price on a pair of shoes that have footprints on. 1. There are footprints on the shoes, as I didn’t not wear the shoes, they belong to others. Both their staff and I missed it coz they are barely noticeable. It’s not fair for any customer to pay full price for a pair of shoes with other people’s footprints in. 2. There’s no customer services from Pazzion, they are rude, they don’t listen to customers and don’t respect facts. Of course, don’t acknowledge their own mistakes too. 3. Lesson learnt to myself and reminder to all Pazzion customers - check shoes extremely carefully before purchasing. Check every detail you can think off unless you won’t exchange at all.

My review below is only applicable for my 1st vist. Nice service. Gd recommendation of shoes by Vivian. For the sales person Vivian only. Bec subsequent visits, were total disappointments. The sales people are not knowledgeable of their products nor shoe fit. Their lack of attitude in serving customers is obvious; least to say professionalism. Now I do not purchase from this Bugis outlet anymore.

I was very excited to purchase the Taryn espadrilles when I saw them online. So, when I went to the store, I tried one shoe on, loved it, and told the staff I was going to take it. She then went into the back room to get a new pair. I checked it quickly, and she confirmed that I was getting the correct size. However, upon getting home, I noticed that the outsoles of both shoes were already dirty, as well as the midsoles. I was so disappointed, as I had been really looking forward to these shoes. Please take your time inspecting the items before you pay for them! I'm worried they might refuse to exchange them since the shoes are already dirty.

We were at the bugis outlets and yen wei is a very helpful and friendly sales person. Serve us with all the great needs even thought my girlfriend is not around. Kudos to the staff.

Initially 5 stars. However after I confirmed my purchase, Yen wen immediately changed her attitude. Was rude to my mom as well and wants to quickly finish the transaction.
