Shop is good and staff are kind and helpful. But im very much against the keeping of rabbits in small cages for 6months. The animals go depressed. 6 months is unacceptable in a cage. Its not healthy for animals.

Last week went down BUGIS PLC outlet. No greeting, no asking, 3 person ( 1 parttime, 2 red shirt ) were chatting & laughing in front of me. No greeting, like just ignore. I passed through them until I went in to look for my SA stuff. No one followed and asked. Laughing at counter still. Payment Part. Parttime no smile, can't feel her kindness, helpful, friendly. Feel like I own her money, and I have to deserve it. The guy who helps her pack my items, at least got smile on his face. Wrong person at wrong position. The Parttime didn't acknowledge on PLC Member promo items, no checking and remind me on those related promotion. Thus I have to check on their POS system before she keys out ( she seems like want to complete the transaction as fast as possible ) to avoid miss out any promo items by myself. Rating Part. The main thing triggers me to write in this review. They play trick on their rating system. I know customers will have to press the rating button before the receipt printing step. However, she didn't ask me to press, and the page suddenly go to the final step. At first, I ask her to Esc cuz I need to double check my promo items. Then I pay attention on her following works. I noticed she do something under the front desk area and press Enter on keyboard ( Not overwrite process ). I question her, no need to rate? She said can rate if you want. NO Integrity & NO Effectiveness & NO Service claimed as your PLC Core Values. They know such of these tricks that's why can be connive themselves unrestrained during working hours. Cheating is not acceptable. In conclusion, I pressed BAD on the day and just want to declare my experience & impression here. No star as well if I could rate zero star here.

Read earlier reviews and seems like we are not the only ones who got affected by the wrongly stated closing time in their website. They close much earlier than 9.30pm, pls take note! Husband reached the shop at 9.15pm and staff from inside the shop did not allow him to go in and showed him the Close sign. While walking away, another customer just barged into the shop. So husband was curious and went in to ask what is going on? is the shop open or close? and a kind male chinese staff explained that they can accept our purchase if payment is in Nets, as other payment modes are closed. After our purchase - next to the cashier, there is a rating button for customers to rate their experience and to our surprise, the Indian cashier quickly press the Smile/Good button on herself on our behalf. Husband just looked at her and she ignored him.

Last week, I went to the BUGIS PLC outlet. No greeting, no one asked if I needed help. Three people (one part-timer, two in red shirts) were chatting and laughing in front of me. The part-timer didn't acknowledge PLC Member promo items, nor did she check or remind me about any related promotions. Thus, I had to check their POS system myself before she keyed out the transaction (she seemed to want to complete it as fast as possible) to avoid missing out on any promo items. **Rating System Issue:** This is the main thing that triggered me to write this review. Forgot to ask her for her name but she is a super friendly and helper employee there. As I am a new owner to pups, I had trouble her with many enquiries and she is nice to explain and tell me alot of things that is good for my little baby. She's a petite Chinese girl, really bubbly too!

Rating for 18 April. Friendly staff good assortment. First time there so wasn’t able to find it immediately. There are signs which get drowned by the ATMs. So go to the ATMs fronting Yakun. Then enter the alley which looks like a staff entrance and you should find it.

If you are blur like me, this photo might help you find the entrance to the Pet Lovers Centre in Bugis Junction. It is just right beside the stretch of ATM machines. Enjoyed my conversation with the consultant as she advised considering another product after I showed her a photo of the stray cat that I’m planned to treat for a small open wound. She also suggested how to go about treating the wound and what to do.

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff on duty on 18 March evening for going above and beyond to help me: 1) Pick out suitable kitten kibble 2) Recommend items that I would need for a young kitten (e.g. pee pads, scratching board, toy) 3) Partially dismantle a cat cage for transportation I would especially like to commend the male staff on duty (I am so sorry I didn't catch your name!) for helping me carry half of the cat cage to the nearest taxi stand and loading it onto the trunk for me. I highly appreciate that he went out of his way to help me. He did not have to do that as I was the one who decided to purchase a bulky item last minute without arranging for someone to help me transport beforehand. Wonderful store and staff. Will come back again!

My goodness. It took us half an hour, searching through every corner of the mall to look for B1-27. The numbering of the units in the mall is horrible. We only found out where it is when we read the reviews here. B1-26 and B1-27 are at opposite ends of the basement. The way the Pet Lover’s shop sign is located, anyone coming from the MRT would have totally missed it. I know we did. The store is also hidden way back in. Anyway, minus one point for its location. Other than that, good service! 🙂
