Last week went down BUGIS PLC outlet. No greeting, no asking, 3 person ( 1 parttime, 2 red shirt ) were chatting & laughing in front of me. No greeting, like just ignore. I passed through them until I went in to look for my SA stuff. No one followed and asked. Laughing at counter still. Payment Part. Parttime no smile, can't feel her kindness, helpful, friendly. Feel like I own her money, and I have to deserve it. The guy who helps her pack my items, at least got smile on his face. Wrong person at wrong position. The Parttime didn't acknowledge on PLC Member promo items, no checking and remind me on those related promotion. Thus I have to check on their POS system before she keys out ( she seems like want to complete the transaction as fast as possible ) to avoid miss out any promo items by myself. Rating Part. The main thing triggers me to write in this review. They play trick on their rating system. I know customers will have to press the rating button before the receipt printing step. However, she didn't ask me to press, and the page suddenly go to the final step. At first, I ask her to Esc cuz I need to double check my promo items. Then I pay attention on her following works. I noticed she do something under the front desk area and press Enter on keyboard ( Not overwrite process ). I question her, no need to rate? She said can rate if you want. NO Integrity & NO Effectiveness & NO Service claimed as your PLC Core Values. They know such of these tricks that's why can be connive themselves unrestrained during working hours. Cheating is not acceptable. In conclusion, I pressed BAD on the day and just want to declare my experience & impression here. No star as well if I could rate zero star here.
