I would like to express my gratitude to the staff on duty on the evening of March 18th for going above and beyond to help me:
1) Pick out suitable kitten kibble
2) Recommend items that I would need for a young kitten (e.g. pee pads, scratching board, toy)
3) Partially dismantle a cat cage for transportation
I would especially like to commend the male staff on duty (I am so sorry I didn't catch your name!) for helping me carry half of the cat cage to the nearest taxi stand and loading it into the trunk for me. I highly appreciate that he went out of his way to help me. He didn't have to do that, as I was the one who decided to purchase a bulky item last minute without arranging for help with transportation beforehand.
Wonderful store and staff. Will come back again!

Last week, I went to the BUGIS PLC outlet. No greeting, no one asked if I needed help. Three people (one part-timer, two in red shirts) were chatting and laughing in front of me. No greeting; they seemed to just ignore me. I passed by them and went in to look for my SA stuff. No one followed or asked if I needed assistance. They were still laughing at the counter.
**Payment Process:**
The part-timer had no smile; I couldn't feel any kindness, helpfulness, or friendliness from her. It felt like I owed her money, and I had to *deserve* her service. The guy who helped her pack my items, at least, had a smile on his face. Wrong person in the wrong position.
The part-timer didn't acknowledge PLC Member promo items, nor did she check or remind me about any related promotions. Thus, I had to check their POS system myself before she keyed out the transaction (she seemed to want to complete it as fast as possible) to avoid missing out on any promo items.
**Rating System Issue:**
This is the main thing that triggered me to write this review. They played a trick with their rating system. I know customers are supposed to press the rating button before the receipt printing step. However, she didn't ask me to press it, and the page suddenly went to the final step. At first, I asked her to press 'Esc' because I needed to double-check my promo items. Then I paid attention to her subsequent actions.
I noticed her do something under the front desk area and press 'Enter' on the keyboard (not an overwrite process). I questioned her, asking, "No need to rate?" She said, "You can rate if you want."
NO Integrity, NO Effectiveness, and NO Service — despite these being claimed as your PLC Core Values.
They know such tricks, which is why they can be so conniving and unrestrained during working hours.
Cheating is not acceptable. In conclusion, I pressed 'BAD' on the day and just wanted to declare my experience and impression here. I would give no stars, or even zero stars, if I could rate that way here.

If you're a bit 'blur' like me, this photo might help you find the entrance to the Pet Lovers Centre in Bugis Junction. It's right beside the stretch of ATM machines.
Enjoyed my conversation with the consultant, as she advised considering another product after I showed her a photo of the stray cat that I planned to treat for a small open wound. She also suggested how to treat the wound.

Visited on April 18th. Friendly staff and a good assortment. It was my first time there, so I wasn't able to find it immediately. There are signs, but they get drowned out by the ATMs.
So, go to the ATMs fronting Yakun. Then, enter the alley that looks like a staff entrance, and you should find it.

The shop is good, and the staff are kind and helpful. But I'm very much against the keeping of rabbits in small cages for 6 months. The animals become depressed. 6 months is unacceptable in a cage. It's not healthy for animals.
