Good collection of dresses. I ordered one dress online and picked up at Bugis Junction shop. The lady had a silent unpleasant attitude that I didn’t like.

Poor service, I placed an order on the official website, but it will take a few days to process. There’s no customer service to inquire, and emails go unanswered. Visiting the store for help didn’t solve the issue either; the staff just told me to wait. They lack flexibility in handling problems.

Poor quality clothes that cannot even iron straight. The clothes condition became really poor after washing. Do not buy.

One of ur sales staff/manager working here (lvl 3 outlet) is so aggressive with customers. I asked a simple question, and your staff got paggro and made me feel super uncomfortable about my question. I don’t care what kind of sales promotions y’all have going on. Nobody wants to buy your clothes if your staff are so nasty.

Very pricey, however the quality, fit and selection of items are also equally high. I loved the organization of this store. The mannequins were dressed artistically. Staff was friendly, however can get upset if you buy less items, they can be pushy in getting you to buy more. The size range in this store is better compared to most outlets in this mall, accomodating till size XL/US midsized women.

First time having bad experience in this outlet. On 19 May 1.30pm, unpleasant with the staff that station on the changing room who having a medium long hair and mask on. The way the she speak out is rude and didn’t even clarify before speak out. In the situation, me and and my sister have not trying to change in one room instead I am asking her to help me adjust the dress in the room, but the staff have voice her unpleasant and not kind voice to mentions the room is only for one person to change not two. Not even asking if need help but kind of scolding us with her vitriol voices that make people feel not comfortable. If we did changing inside we will definitely apologise but we are not and I definitely not going to deal will this kind of attitude. Thank you! This is the first time I have such bad experience with kind of manner in this outlet. Before had never been happen.

Terrible experience! Rude staff! Please train your staff properly on how to treat customers better. My sister took 4 pieces and liked only one design but the size didn't fit well. So I helped her return the other 3 pieces and got her another size of the one she liked. I returned them to the staff at the fitting room and went to take another size. I explained the change in pieces from originally 4 to 2 to the staff, and then the staff's expression changed. She abruptly opened the curtains to my sister's fitting room *without any warning* and rudely demanded the number card. She was being plain rude about it and was discussing this so loudly with another colleague as if I can't hear nor understand them. I don't get how any retail staff can just pull open the curtains without any warning, potentially flashing the customers. This was the first time I encountered this, and it is shocking how this behaviour came from a store that seemed so well-organised.

Their clothes have got very weird sizing in general where the chest area is really tight and waist area is quite loose. So if you have to buy from them (the advice is not to) please go down to their stores to try. DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!!!

Had an awful experience at Bugis Junction outlet while choosing a dress for my sister’s wedding. My sister was discussing and choosing a colour that she will want us as bridesmaids to wear. We decided to go there as it had a variety of colours and styles for us to choose from, but that was only the good part about the store. As we were changing and choosing the dresses, the staff that was in charge of serving us started to get annoyed as we were taking “too much” time choosing our dresses. What made it worst was, because we took “too much time” the staff got rude and walked away. We could heard her talking in impatient to her colleague from afar asking her to take over her to serve us. Marriage is a once life thing and it is my sister’s wedding, of course we would take more time to decide on the dresses to see which dress are the most suited for my sister’s wedding… In the end, gave us this kind of customer service, very disappointed at this outlet, my sister actually wanted to buy more for other bridesmaids but guess what NOPE!
