Lousy experience. Waited 10 mins for staff to get clothing. Paid for item without checking. Staff refused to refund despite defective item!!! Very rude staff and poor service. After wasting a lot of my time, staff finally refunded and admitted their fault. Even threatened to call security when it's their fault. Terrible service. Highly do not recommend. Please reflect and buck up. Don't mistreat unassuming paying customers.

When exiting we saw a promotional board outside the shop stating ‘15% off for first purchase online/in store if app was downloaded’.
We went back to check and she said it’s for NEXT purchase but we showed her the board, it’s FIRST purchase , so was our first chance wasted like that ?
She clarified w her colleague and indeed it’s something that was not shared to us after asking us to download, and explained that it’s more for customers that wants to keep for online to accumulate more purchase. But..it should be the customers’ decision, this IS my first purchase , may be my only purchase and I’d want to use the discount now..I requested to change the bill but was denied, which I think was just an excuse. The staff who made the mistake just hid behind and turned her back to us , no apologies from her . A pleasant experience ruined

Hello? Hard sell much?). They will then assure you that they can bring in the stock from another outlet and constantly pester you to put down a deposit when you haven't even tried the actual item (or anything close to a similar fit).
Completely lost my business. This outlet and all other Recoil outlets. If you are reading this and considering whether to step into the shop hoping to come out looking and feeling better, do yourself a favour and bring your business elsewhere. NOT RECOMMENDED 👎👎

Upon entering the shop, we were greeted by Mia. She was incredibly helpful and provided amazing customer service. She gave us options and recommendations for shirts, highlighted some of the new arrivals, and even helped us figure out the right sizes. She knew which styles were trending and which would look best on me. We had a great time chatting with her, and she made the whole experience very pleasant.
The shop itself was quiet and cozy, with lots of variety in their selection. There were plenty of fitting rooms available, and the atmosphere was much more relaxed than some of the other stores we've visited in the past.
In the end, I not only bought the shirt and pants I was looking for but also snagged a cap to complete the outfit.
