Staff in the physical shop are friendly and helpful, but I'm giving it one star due to being misinformed by the sales team on WhatsApp.
I'm keen to get Ally X for Christmas, but I wanted to test it out before buying. The sales team on WhatsApp told me to drop by the physical store to check out the product, but apparently the store never had a demo set available for testing.

The features are high-spec and come at a great price.
I like the RTX 3070 graphics card, which allows me to do high-performance gaming and tasks.
Besides that, I also like the RGB lighting. The RGB lighting on the keyboard looks so cool and nice.
This model comes with an Intel i7 12th Gen processor, which is exactly what I was looking for. It's fast and performs well.
I am glad that I was able to purchase this model, and I am fully satisfied.
