Excellent service from Wei Yan and also female staff at the cashier (didn't get her name)! Provided professional advice for me to get the right fit of shoes suitable for jogging and running. Definitely recommend!!

Lesson learnt. NEVER NEVER buy instore. By all means go to the store to check out the shoes BUT always buy online. There is no refund for instore purchase while online purchase enjoy free return/refund.

I am really pleased and happy with one of the staff, IRSYAD..if im not wrong. He was so friendly and patient in guiding me in choosing my first ever skechers shoe. At the store, he even walk through with me around the store to get more stuff for customers like me :)

I am utterly frustrated and disappointed with the appalling customer service at Skechers Bugis Junction. I tried calling the store more than 30 times over a period of two hours, and not once did anyone pick up the phone. The phone just rang out endlessly. No voicemail, no redirection, no courtesyā€”just complete silence. I completely gave up after that. I donā€™t think there is any amount of excuses can justify treating your customers like that. Why bother listing a phone number if no one is going to answer it? Why spend so much on big advertising and flashy promotions if you canā€™t even manage the most basic level of customer service? I had a simple enquiry to make before heading down, and this complete lack of response shows a clear disregard for customers' time and convenience. It's unacceptable for a major retail brand to operate this way, especially in such a central location. I expected better from Skechers. Based on this experience, Iā€™m now reconsidering whether to support a brand that canā€™t be bothered to even answer a phone call. Do better, Skechers. This is not how you treat customers.
