Used to love their bags, but their questionable lifetime warranty convinced me to go for other more reliable brands from now on. They refused to repair my bag, attributing the all over peeling of the bag's water-repellent layer to 'regular wear and tear', when it was obvious it was due to a substandard material they'd chosen to use.

Nice shop and great bags!
James is a little soft-spoken but he's willing to help and answer all my questions without much hesitation. Just approach him!
He helped me pick out a bag that suits my needs and even let me fill up the sample bag full of my stuff just to test it's capacity.
This is way better than the staff from the previous shop I went to who told me I can't put things into their bags.
10/10 will be back again!

James was very quiet and soft spoken, and doesn't complete sentences well. Seems like the below reviews are quite spot on. He appears to try to dodge and avoid customers as much as possible, and also tries to serve you with as little words as possible coming out from him. Would suggest to send James for training.

Extremely lousy to follow up and reply to customer on warranty claim on stitching come off reported more than 3 weeks. Up till now, no action. If Timbuk2 don’t wish to honour this lifetime warranty, just let your customer know. Not letting your customer hanging…won’t be buying any more products from them…

Had a very pleasant experience here. Went down to the shop because the email help centre wasn't able to answer my questions. James was there and answered all my questions. I'm very thorough and he was able to help me decide. Ended up buying the stealth folio during the 30% off for someone else. I wasn't sure if it would fit, but when I found that it did, I came back the next day to get one for myself. James recognised me, we had a pleasant chat and he gave me a fistbump as I left!! I'm not sure why the other reviews spoke negatively about James, it might be how he was in the past, but my experience with him is not anything like theirs. Keep it up James, you're doing great!!!
